A bouchon is a typical type of restaurant that originated in the region of Lyon during the horse-and-coach era. They were roadside inns where the tired travellers could get off, satisfy their hunger with a hearty meal and quench their thirst with a cup of Beaujolais or Côtes du Rhône. For the tasty grill restaurant of Le Bouchon in Maaseik Studio Segers developed a new look and feel, directly inspired by its fresh and perfect cuisson.
